Discover a vibrant crèche where children aged 3 to 36 months are warmly nestled in the enchanting Villa Geiringer. We are a privately-owned facility atop Colle di Scorcola which radiates brightness and boasts a spacious hilltop terrace.
In this nurturing environment, we foster your child’s autonomy and encourage the discovery of their unique potential. Through play, we support cognitive, socio-relational, and motor development.
We welcome your little ones year-round, with closures aligning with the regional school calendar and the joyous week of Ferragosto (mid-August), and we are happy to announce that our Crèche services are also accessible through agreements with the Municipality of Trieste and other local agencies.

Our activities
Based on the three areas of development, our nursery has structured various activities that help refine socialization skills, motor skills, perceptual abilities, language skills, and thinking skills.
The activities can be of various types: manipulative activities, graphic and painting activities, psychomotor activities, symbolic and imitative play, free play, storytelling, and musical activities. Some examples include pouring activities, painting with different tools, manipulating natural colors and mixtures, tearing and collaging, motor pathways, and fine motor skills.

It marks the beginning of the day at the crèche, as the child is warmly welcomed by the educators upon entering their section.
Throughout the day, special moments are dedicated to providing care and ensuring the child's hygiene.
Morning snack

The child is offered a small snack consisting of fresh seasonal fruits.
Activities
09:30 - 11:30 AM
Alongside free play, which is fundamental in this age group, structured and group activities are also provided to reinforce specific areas of development.
Lunchtime 11:30 (infants) and 11:45 AM (toddlers)
Every educator joins a group of children during mealtime, highlighting the significance of not just the nutritional aspect but also the importance of building relationships.
Nap Time and Wake-Up

The educators create a peaceful sleep environment by reading bedtime stories or playing gentle lullabies that help the children relax. When they wake up, they will be provided with an afternoon snack.
Reunion
The crèche offers different pickup time options.

Summer at crèche
Throughout the months of July and August, the nursery maintains regular opening hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM for children enrolled in the academic year.
The staff remains unchanged to ensure a seamless educational experience and the well-being of the children.
Additionally, the usual crèche activities are complemented by water games and outdoor kiddie pools.
